She was born January 5, 1909 in Springfield, Ohio the Daughter of Adam and Mary (JUNG) KRUPP. She had retired from the Springfield Credit Bureau after 30 years, prior to that she worked 12 years for the Ohio Bell Telephone Company. She was a member of St. Mary's Church, Altar-Rosary Sodality, Rosary Making Club and a Volunteer for the Elderly United. Survivors Include five children and spouses, William C. and Joann LEMMONS, Robert J. and Janice LEMMONS of Springfield, Joseph J. and Mary Pat LEMMONS OF Colorado Springs Colorado, Delores and Kenneth FISCHER or Orchard Par, New York, and Mary K and Robert PARRETT of Springfield; one brother and sister-in-law, Clarence and Mary KRUPP of Springfield; 19 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren. Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Marcia and Robert KIRKPATRICK of Springfield; a daughter-in-law, Wilma MUIR of Columbus; eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Lois was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Earl Martin BRIGHT; a son, Robert Kirk BRIGHT; and an infant daughter, Janann; two brothers and a sister. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Services will be held at the Ohio Masonic Home on Wednesday at 2 p.m. with Rev. Ray Garrett officiating. (TINGLEY) MARRATTA; two sons and a daughter-in-law, Wendell L. and Terri MARRATTA of Urbana, Gerald L. Demerald Coffman "Demmy" TEMPLIN, 75, died Saturday, September 11, 1993, of cancer in her home in Clearwater, Florida. She was born March 8, 1918 to Charles and Bertha RAGAR COFFMAN in Yellow Springs, Ohio. She attended the yellow Springs schools and graduated from yellow Springs Bryan High School, class of 1936. She moved to Springfield where in 1941, she and Robert TEMPLIN were married. Thy recently celebrated their 52nd wedding anniversary. In the early 1950's she became office manager at headquarters, Clark County Republican party. From there she went to work for Harold Fross, and later Bill Glass as a Deputy Auditor at the Clark County Auditor's office. She retired and moved to Clearwater, Florida in April 1977. Survivors in addition to her husband are two sisters, Doris FURAY, Fairborn, Ohio and Naomi FURAY, Yellow Springfield, Ohio, several nieces and nephews also survive. He served overseas with the Eighth Infantry Division and was wounded twice, and received his purple heart with clusters. He was born October 25, 1924, in South Solon, Ohio, the son of the late Clarence and Ethel (EVANS) COOKE. He was employed for thirty years by the Mad River Green Local School District. Uncle "Cubbie", as he was known, leaves numerous nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews, all of whom will miss him very much. He was preceded in death by an infant brother and sister, Clarence Junior and Donnabelle; and two brothers, Ernest and Kenneth. "Cookie" was an ardent and loyal sports fan of the Greenon Knights and a dedicated member of the Vale Road Church of Christ. He was a member of the Central United Methodist Church, St. Andrews Lodge 619, past president and life member of the Lions Club, of which he received the Monarch Award. He served as the mayor of Springfield in 1954, and also served in the United States Army Air Force during World War I. Survivors include several cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ruth in 1990; also by a twin sister, Alice DAVIDSON; and one brother, Joseph DAVIDSON. Miss RODGES was born on July 26, 1886 in New Carlisle, the daughter of George G. and Sarah (BACON) RODGERS. Her family moved to Springfield when she was a year old. She was the last living member of her immediate family. In the 1920's she worked at The Book Shop in downtown Springfield on East High Street for ten years. Miss RODGERS retired from Wren Balcony Bookstore in 1952 after serving as the Manager for Twelve years. Miss RODGERS was a member of the Northminster Presbyterian Church and of the Daughters of the American Revolution. She is survived by two close friends, Thelma LESTER of Springfield and Barbara and Dr. Michael WILLIAMS of Ashland, Ohio. She was preceded in death by one sister, Alice RODGERS MUZZY. Page 8D. Blanche C YEAZEL, 96, of Springfield, died Friday, March 25, 1994, in Community Hospital, after three months serious illness. She was born November 18, 1897, in Madison County, the daughter of Joseph and Elizabeth Ann (POTTS) CAVE. Mrs. YEAZEL was a member of the First United Church of Christ for 67 years. She was a retired schoolteacher and a member of the Clark County Retired Teachers Association. She is survived by one nephew, William CAVE; two great-nieces, Joyce CAVE and Barbara CAVE FAULDER and her husband William; one great-great niece Jill Ann FAULDER, all of Springfield; and several cousins. She was preceded in death by her husband, Scott YEAZEL; one sister, Anna CAVE; one brother, Boisle CAVE. Friends may call from 5-8 pm Sunday in the Littleton & Rue Funeral Home, where services will be held on Monday at 11:30 am with Rev Dr Dean Elam officiating. Contributions may be made to the First United Church of Christ Scholarship fund or your favorite charity. Interment will be in Ferncliff Cemetery.
