Granville M. HALL, 82, of 2613 Fernview Court, Cincinnati, a former resident of Springfield for many years, died in Epp Memorial Hospital there at 5 p.m. Thursday. Mr. HALL, was born May 21, 1898 in Paris, Illinois. He was a retired employee of the former Buffalo Roadroller Co., having worked there for 46 years. He is survived by his wife, Nora, and several nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Littleton Funeral Home Saturday from 10 a.m. until the time of services at 11 a.m. the Rev. John WILSON of the First Christian Church will officiate. Burial will be in Ferncliff Cemetery.

He had been a resident of Springfield most of his life. Born March 9, 1900 in Columbus, he was a son of Clarence W. and Irene BENTZEL TOLAND. He retired in 1968 as a vice president of the Thomas Kappel Co. He was a member of the First United Church of Christ. Survivors include his wife, Martha N. and several nephews. His body was taken to the Littleton Funeral Home where friends may call one hour prior to the 2 p.m. services there hursday. Page 11. Albert B. BOTKIN, 89, formerly of Marshall Rd., Springfield, died at 8:58 p.m. Saturday at St. John's Nursing and Convalescing Center after four years of failing health. He was born in Bethel Township, Nov. 29, 1891, a son of William H. and Capitela LEFFEL BOTKIN, and was a life-long resident of Clark County. He was employed by the Standard Ohio Co. of New Carlisle and Springfield for 37 years, beginning in 1919 as a warehouseman, dispatcher and driver. He retired in 1956. Mr. BOTKIN was a member of the Standard Oil Quarter Century Club and the Trinity Missionary Church. Survivors include his wife, the former Sadie WOLF whom he married in June 1915. Other survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Robert (Dorothy) GRIDLEY, Ft. Myers, Fla., and Mrs. Paul (Anna Marie) CARTER, Springfield; a son, Albert J. of Springfield; seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren and two nephews. A son and a brother are deceased. Survivors include his wife, Frances; three sons, Wren Jr., of Detroit, Christopher opf Tulsa, Okla., and Bernard of Baltimore, Md; three daughters, Mary Grace HACKING, St. Louis, Alice MASTRANGELO, Ringwood, N. INGLING Name of Newspaper is Daily News, Springfield, OH on Tuesday, December 15, 1981

Dr. Howard H. Ingling, a prominent Clark County physician, was pronounced dead following a one-car accident on W. National Rd., just west of the city limits, about 8 a.m. today. Dr. Ingling, 73, 4529 W. National Rd., Donnelsville, died of apparently natural causes, officials said. According to Clark County Sheriff's Deputy John Loney, who investigated the accident. Ingling was driving ease on W. National Rd. when he lost control of his car which ran off the right side of the road and struck a guardrail. The car then veered back onto the roadway and crossed both eastbound lanes and came to rest in the median. The county coroner was called and Dr. Ingling was pronounced dead at the scene. Because of the minor damage to the auto, his death was not thought to be the result of an injury suffered in the mishap. The body was taken to Mercy Medical Center and we to be taken to Ingling-Williams Funeral Home. Dr. Ingling, renowned as a personable physician who still made house calls, was cited earlier this year for a Jefferson Award, presented by WDTN-TV for outstanding volunteer service. He was name recipient of the award for providing free medical care to needy people at a neighborhood church clinic he instituted. He served as a surgeon during World War II and was a pioneer in inter-racial medicine. Born on Nov. 8, 1908, in farm house near Enon, he graduated from old Enon High School in 1927, attended Ohio Wesleyan University and Western Reserve University Medical School in Cleveland. After and internship at City (now Community) Hospital, he spent a year in Harlan County, Ky., doctoring poor mountain residents. Following World War II, he returned from Europe to Springfield to practice. Dr. Ingling moved his practice from Springfield to Donnelsville several years ago after his wife, Thelma, died.

Gladys HUBBARD KERNS, 85, of 1413 1/2 Maiden Lane, who taught music in Springfield for 50 years, died at 1:15 pm Saturday at her residence. In addition to teaching music, she was associated with Kincaid's Music & Audio. She was a member of the Covenant Presbyterian Church, Lagonda Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution, the Community Leaders of America, and was a 50-year member of Delta Zeta Sorority. Mrs KERNS is named in the seventh and eighth editions of Who's Who in Music, and the fourth edition of the World Who's Who of Women. She was born July 9, 1896, in Waverly, O, a daughter of Elmer Elsworth and Elizabeth E FRIEND HUBBARD. She is survived by two nieces, Mrs Larry (Jane) YAEGER of Berne, Ind, and Mrs Ralph (Phyllis) SMITH of Englewood, Fla. Her husband, William H KERNS, died in 1955. Two brothers, Col. W R HUBBARD and Jessie HUBBARD, also are deceased. The body was taken to Jackson Lytle & Coffman Funeral Home, where arrangements are pending.

He was a member of St Bernard Catholic Church. He was born on Dec 12, 1895, in Springfield, a son of George and Elizabeth REWITZER ASEBROOK. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs William (Betty) O'LAUGHLIN, with whom he made his home; a son, Paul of Jamestown; three sisters, Mrs Gertrude SINCLAIR and Miss Eleanor ASEBROOK, both of Springfield, and Mrs Ann MILLER of Huntsville; four brothers, Albert, James, Francis, and Robert ASEBROOK, all of Springfield; three grandson, several great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews. His wife Jane, died on Dec 29, 1975; four brothers and three sisters are also deceased. Friends may call in the Conroy Funeral Home after 10 am Tuesday. She was graduated from Miami-Jacobs College and St Elizabeth School of Nursing and was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and parish council, New Carlisle. Survivors include a brother, Oscar J ROHLING, of DeKalb, Ill; a sister-in-law, Mrs Corrine ROHLING of Tipp City, and several nieces and nephews. Her husband Carl, died in 1953. Mr. JUNG, a plumber who retired in 1967, was born in Springfield Feb. 25, 2889, the son of Ludwig and Elizabeth SAUTER Jung. He was a member of St. Bernard Catholic Church and the Plumbers and Pipefitteres Local 97. Survivors include two brothers, Louis and Albert, both of Springfield, and nieces and nephews. His wife, Ana, died in 1970 and three brothers and two sisters preceded him in death. His body was taken to the Conroy Funeral Home where services will be at 10: 30 a.m. Thursday, the Rev.
