He was born in Cincinnati, April 18, 1914, a son of Robert C and Mary Agnes PAULSON MALONE and resided here most of his life. He had been employed as a government inspector at the Wright-Patterson AFB for 30 years, retiring in 1971. Mr. MALONE was a member of St Joseph's Catholic Church and was secretary of the Moose Lodge No 536 since 1971. He was a member of the Elks No 51, Eagles Aerie No 397, American Legion Post No 362, VFW Post 1031, and the Northwood Hills Country Club. He was a veteran of the US Army-Air Force, having served during World War II. Survivors include his wife, the former Inabelle PENWELL BALES; two daughters, Mrs. Robert (Mary Ellen) ROSS and Mrs. Patty WILLIAMS, both of Springfield; three stepdaughters, Mrs. William (Dorma) GRAY, Mrs. Theodore (Patty) NEER and Mrs. James (Charity) CLARK all of Springfield; a stepson, Frank BALES, Kettering; three brothers, Robert C of Springfield, Hugh E of Redlands, Calif , and James F of Wilmington, O; 14 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; a number of nieces and nephews. His first wife, the former Mary Abigail DIGAN, is dead. Friends may call at the Conroy Funeral home from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 pm Wednesday with visitation services to be held there at 7:15 pm Wednesday. A Mass will be sung at 10 am Thursday at St Joseph's Church. Burial will be in Rose Hill Burial Park. The family requests contriubutions be made to the Clark County Cancer Society.

He was born July 8, 1901, in Belmont County, the son of Elias E and Margaret BROWN MURPHY and had resided in Springfield for the past 26 years, moving here from Galion. He had been associated with the offices of the New York Central Railroad and upon his retirement in 195 he became affiliated with the Kissell Co and later Jo Denney Realty Co as a real estate salesman. Mr. MURPHY was a member of the St Mark United Methodist Church and the Springfield Real Estate Board. Survivors include his wife, Martha, a former Springfield City School teacher; a daughter, Mrs. Eugene (Nancy) BROWN, Jr, Springfield; two sons, James of Washington, DC and Kenneth T of Enon; 14 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren. His body was taken to the Williams Funeral Home where friends may call from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 pm Tuesday. Services will be held three at 1:30 pm Wednesday in charge of the Rev Glenn DesJardins. He was born Jan. 17, 1888, in Clark County, the son of Joseph J. and Louisa E. BUTLER MEENACH and had resided here all of his life. He was a retired farmer. Mr. MEENACH was a member of Harmony United Methodist Church, served on Harmony Twp. Board of Education in 1930 and 1940, and was a member of the Harmony Twp. Board of Elections for many years. Survivors include his wife, the former Blanch E. MOORE DILLAHUNT, a resident of St. John's; a daughter, Mr. E. Marie COLEMAN, Tiffin; two grandchildren; nine step-grandchildren; two step-great-grandchildren; two stepsons, Harold E. DILLAHUNT, Springfield, and Earl O. DILLAHUNT, Fairborn; a stepdaughter, Mrs. Dorothy SCHAEFER, Phoenix, Ariz. His first wife, the former Maude M. WARD, died in 1944; a son, W. Lamar, died in 1951, and three sisters are also deceased. He had been employed as a plant buyer for the International Harvester Co. for the past 41 years. He was a member of St. Raphael Catholic Church and was a charter member and a past president of the Northwood Hills Country Club. Survivors include his wife, Jeanne; four daughters, Rita KADEL, Kathleen, BLAZIS, Julie BRENNAN, all of Springfield, and Debbie BRENNAN, at home; five sons, Thomas J. of Mendon, N.Y., William M. of Springfield, Terrance P. and J. Mr. CHAMBERLINE was a veteran of World War II, having served with the U.S. Marines. A twin brother, Dallas, died January 1, 1978. Survivors include his wife, Dorothy; a daughter, Miss Lisa CHAMBERLIN, at home, two sons, Rick, a junior at the University of Dayton, and Raymond, serving with the U. S. Army, Ft. Carson, Colo.; five sisters, Mrs. Edgar (Maxine) VANCE, Jackson, O.; Mrs. Virginia NEAL, Endore, W.Va.; Mrs. Sarah SANDERS and Mrs. Ronald (Aronia) JENKINS, both of Springfield, and Mrs. Harry (Zona) MEFFORD, Georgetown, Ind.; five brothers, John and Oris, both of Mechanicsburg; Charles of South Vienna, Marvin of Springfield and Ronald of Cable. Mr. WAKEFIELD was born in Durham, England, on January 1, 1883, and was brought to this country when he was six months old. Surviving are two daughters, Miss Anna May WAKEFIELD and Mrs. Harold JEFFRERIES, both of Springfield. The body was taken to the Littleton funeral home. Burial will be in Glouster.

Washington C.H. Otis J. HOLLAND, 87, formerly of Miami, Fla., died Monday at 6:20 a.m. Monday in Mercy Medical Center. He had been ill one week. Born in Fayette County, he lived his early life in Springfield before moving to Miami, Fla. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge, The York Rite, and the Mahi Temple Shrine, all in Miami. She was born in Springfield on May 8, 1896, the daughter of Ludwig and Elizabeth SAUTER JUNG. She had lived in Springfield her entire life. Mrs. Shepard was a member of St. Raphael's Roman Catholic Church and the Altar Rosary Sodality there. She also was a member of the St. Raphael Branch of the Catholic Ladies of Columbia. Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Lacon (Doris) DODSWORTH of Dayton, four sons, Richard of Springfield, Raymond of Dayton, Thomas and Robert both of Sacramento Calif., three brothers, Louis, Joseph and Albert JUNG, all of Springfield, 23 grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, and a number of nieces and nephews. Her husband. Dr. Raymond SHEPARD, died June 17, 1975. Friends may call a the Conroy Funeral Home from 2 to 5 p.m. and from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday. He was employed as a pressman for the Crowell-Collier Publishing Co. for 33 years, as a driver for Coy Distributing Co. for three years, and a driver for the Clark County Engineer's Department for four years, retiring in 1970. Prior to his death, he was working a night watchman for the engineer's department. Survivors include his wife, Frances M.; three daughters, Mrs. Fred (Donna) Miller of Cincinnati, Mrs. William (Leah) Rader of Springfield and Sister Karen Hawver of the Sisters of Charity, Guardian Angels High School, Detroit, Mich.; one son, the Rev. Fr. Carl Hawver, O.F.M., of Fort Wayne, Inc.; nine grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews. Mr. ANDREW was born April 19, 1889, in Rockingham County, Va., a son of George and Mary Ellen ZERKLE ANDREW. Survivors include his wife, Ruth; four daughters, Mrs. Jean ROUSH of Chillicothe, Miss Alice ANDREW of Trumbull, Conn., and Mrs. Sharon SEALS and Mrs. Rhea FITZSIMMONS, both of New Carlisle; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren, and a sister, Mrs. Lena PICKERING of Springfield. His body was taken to Trostel-Chapman Funeral Home, New Carlisle, where friends may call from 3 to 8 p.m. Tuesday. New Carlisle Lodge No. 100, F and AM, will conduct services in the funeral home at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday. The Rev. Don Crellin and the Rev.
