Norman E Evilsizor, Springfield Township Trustee's Clerk Died Norman E EVILSIZOR 57, of 2208 Seminole Dr, traffic manager at Udylite Corp, and Clerk of the Springfield Township trustees, died suddenly Wednesday around 11:00 p.m. in his home. He had served for several years as clerk of the township trustees. Also, Mr Evilsizor served as the President of the Clark County District Board of Health for a period. Mr Evilsizor was a member of the deputy staff of the Clark County Sheriff in the early 40's. Survivors include his widow, Mary. His body was taken to the Littleton funeral home. He was born in Springfield, July 16, 1912, the son of Clem Ellsworth and Urba Mae (WALKER) EVILSIZOR and was a member of the Emery Chapel United Methodist Church. He was also honorary chief for Springfield Township No 1 Fire Station; a member of the BPOE Elks Lodge No 51; a member and past President of the Ohio State Association of Township Trustees and Clerks; first president of the PTA Council of Springfield local school district; and past president of the Possum PTA. Rose St. , Springfield, Ohio , died at 4:15 p.m. Tuesday in Mercy Medical Center following several years of bad health and three weeks of serious illness. Mr. Sweitzer was born May 17, 1905 in Springfield, Ohio, the son of Jesse N. and Magdalena Hughel Sweitzer, and was a member of the First Friends Church. Survivors include his wife, Mary N.; three daughters, Mrs. Mary N. HATFIELD of Springfield, Mrs. Marian Sue JENKINS of Columbus and Mrs. Karen Ruth RUDY of Pique; six sons, Clarence F. of Alameda, California, Sgt. Forest E. of Fort McClelland, Alabama, Jesse E. of Salinas, California and Jack L., George W., and Dwight L. Sweitzer , all of Springfield; four sisters,Mrs. Martha ANTHONY and Mrs. Magdalena HAYNES both of Montebello, California, Mrs. Myrtle UMSTEAD of Toledo, Ohio, Mrs. Mae WILSON of Springfield; one brother Jim Niles Sweitzer of Springfield.; 26 Grandchildren; two great- grandchildren; and three step-grandchildren. His body was taken to the Woods-Allgier Funeral Home.

Mrs. Golda M. PRINTZ, 72, of 719 W. Columbus st., Bellefontaine, a former resident of Clifton, died at 2:30 a.m. Wednesday in the Ottawa Valley Hospital, Lima. She was born Aug. 2, 1897, in Clark County, the daughter of Jesse and Rozella BOTKIN HAMILTON, and had resided in Bellefontaine for the past eight years. Mrs. PRINTZ was a member of the Cliffside United Presbyterian Church, Clifton. Her husband, Andrew, preceded her in death in 1950. Survivors include a step-son, William A. PRINTZ of Bele Center, Route 2; four step-grandchildren, and three step-great-great-grandchildren. Mrs. PRINTZ was the last survivor of her immediate family. Her body was taken to the Jackson, Lytle and Coffman Funeral Home, Yellow Springs, where friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday. Services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday in the funeral home, in charge of the Rev. Gareth Baker, pastor of the Yellow Springs Presbyterian Church. Burial will be in the Clifton Cemetery.

He was born December 3, 1881, near Wilmington, a son of Harvey and Sarah HUGHES, and had been a Springfield resident for 50 years. He was a retired employe of the Crowell-Collier Publishing Co. Mr. HUGHES is survived by two nephews, Kenneth GREGORY of Hamilton and Gordon HUGHES of Venice, Fla.; two nieces, Mrs. Christine SPOHR of Cold Springs Harbor, Long Island, and Mrs. Lois FISHER of Columbus; a brother-in-law, Raymond GREGORY of Wilmington, and a sister-in-law, Mrs. Nell HUGHES of Bellaire. His wife, Maybel CLEVENGER HUGHES, died Aug. 5, 1955. His body was taken to the Littleton Funeral Home where friends may call from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday. Survivors include two sons, John C. of Columbus and William N. of Dayton. Her body was taken to the Richards Memorial Home and will be sent to the Schoedinger Funeral Home, Columbus, for services. He was born February 15, 1886, in Sandusky and entered the Masonic Home June 9, 1960, sponsored by Brainard Lodge No. 336, F. and A.M., Fremont. Survivors include several nieces and nephews. Daniel J. LONEY, 65, of 2810 Derr Rd, former chairman of the Clark County Democratic Central and Executive Committee, a Fair Board member for many years and an active participant in a variety of civic and church affairs, died unexpectedly at 11:45 pm Friday in his residence. Mr. LONEY was a graduate of Ohio State University and was a member of St Teresa's Catholic Church, the Holy Name Society of the Parish and the Ohio State University Alumni Society. He was a former member of the Clark County Board of Elections, was past president of the Clark County Agricultural Society Board of Directors and was formerly associated with the Belmont Union Stockyards in Springfield and the Round Barn Stockyard in Urbana. Mr. LONEY was named acting Springfield Postmaster Nov. 1, 1963, and served in that position for two years and eight months. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus Council 624; Knights of Columbus Fourth Degree Monsignor Buckley General Assembly; the Lions Club; the Loyal Order of Moose, and was formerly an assistant district supervisor of the Boy Scouts of America. He was born Oct 20, 1904, in Springfield, the son of John and Mary McHUGH LONEY and had resided here almost all of his life. Survivors include his wife, M. Catherine; one daughter, Mrs. Robert (Cathleen) LALLY of Cincinnati; one sister, Miss Helen LONEY of Springfield; two grandchildren, Mary and Daniel; two nephews and one niece. He was preceded in death in 1966 by a brother, Francis. His body was taken to the O'Brien Kenney Funeral Home where friends may call from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 pm Sunday. He had suffered some form of seizure. Mr BRIGHT was a 1940 graduate of Springfield High School. He was a supervisor for American Telephone and Telegraph Co. A member of St Timothy Lutheran Church, Grove City, he was a councilman and treasurer of the congregation and Scoutmaster for the Scout troop sponsored by the church. He was a member of Telephone Pioneers. Surviving are his wife, Wilma; four sons, David, Gary, Larry and Robert, and his mother, Mrs Lois BRIGHT, and a sister, Mrs Robert KIRKPATRICK, both of Springfield. Friends may call in the chapel of the Schoendinger-Norris Funeral Home, Grove City, from 7 to 9 pm Monday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm Tuesday. Services will be conducted there at 11 am Wednesday.
