Miss Agnes C. KRUPP, 23 died Wednesday noon at the home of her mother, Mrs. Mary KRUPP 1602 Highland av. She had been ill for two years. Miss KRUPP was born in Springfield and had been a resident here all he life. She was a member of the St. Bernard Church and of the Young Ladies Sodality there. Besides her mother she leaves six sisters, Mrs. Patrick MCDONOUGH, Mrs. Stephen HERZOG, Mrs. Joseph LEMMONS, and the Misses Caroline, Louise and Josephine KRUPP, all of this city, and two brothers Adam and Clarence KRUPP.

War Veteran Is Taken By Death. Charles P. SOMERS Succumbs After Long Illness. Charles P. SOMERS, 42, VETERAN OF THE World War, and at one time secretary of the Springfield Manufactories Association, died at 7:45 p.m. Wednesday at his home, 806 West Pleasant Street. He had been ill for several years. He was born in Jeffersonville, Indianan and attended the pubic schools in that place. He graduated from Notre Dame University and passed the bar examination at Columbus, Ohio. After he moved to Springfield, he was married to Miss Gertrude BOERGER. During the World War he volunteered his services and was sent to Fort Benjamin Harrison, where he was made a first lieutenant, after receiving his training at that station. He lost his health while training at For Harrison. He attended St. Mary Church and belonged to the Holy Name Society there. He was also a member of Champion Aerie, No. 397, fraternal order of Eagles. He will be sadly missed by a wide circle of friends. He was a young man of kindly disposition. Survivors include his wife, Gertrude, and three children, Charles, 12; Mary, 8, and John, 7; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. M. J. SOMERS; and three brothers, James SOMERS, Mitchell SOMERS and Emmett SOMERS, all of Springfield.

John LONEY, 76, brother of Rev. Fr. M.J. LONEY, pastor of the St Joseph Church of this city, died at 7:45 am Thursday at his home, 232 East St after a long illness. Mr. LONEY was born in Springfield and had lived here his entire life. He was a devoted member of his brothers church. Surviving him are his widow, Mrs. Mary LONEY; three children, Daniel, Francis and Helen LONEY; two brothers, Rev. Fr. LONEY and Daniel LONEY, of north of the city; and two sisters, Misses Mary and Margaret LONEY. Funeral services will be held at 8:30 am Monday at St Joseph Church. Burial will be made in Calvary Cemetery.

Besides her husband she leaves two daughters, Mrs Jacob Geron of Urbana and Mrs. Claude Brown of Westville as well as two sons, C I EVILSIZOR,of Urbana and Herbert EVILSIZOR, of Springfield and 10 grandchildren. Mrs EVILSIZOR, had lived in the vicinity of Bowlusville during the greater part of her life. She was a member of the Bowlusville United Brethren Church.

Harold A. BURNS, 36, died Thursday about 8:20 a.m. at the Miami Valley hospital where he was removed some time ago from his residence, the Edgewood apts., Broadway and Edgewood av. He had been in failing health since September, 1928. He was graduated from Asbury college in Kentucky, a theological school, only three months before his health failed. He attended the school eight years, first taking his academic course there and then entering the theological school with the intention of going into the ministry of the Methodist Episcopal Church. During his last year at college he served as instructor in ancient history. He was the son of Mrs. Minnie F. BURNS. Born in Springfield he lived in Dayton practically all his life. He was a member of St. Paul M. E. church. Besides his mother he leaves his sister, Mrs. Alva M. SMITH, and three brothers, W. J. BURNS of Dayton, and E. S. and G. D. BURNS of Pontiac, Mich. Funeral arrangements will be announced later. Center St. who died at 8:30 a.m. Sunday following his swallowing a quantity of poison. MILLER was found lying beside the fountain in The Arcade in a critical condition by Gerald Downey. He was taken to the City Hospital by emergency police as died on his arrival there. Coroner Theodore F. Schaefer gave the verdict of suicide. He was a lifelong resident of Clark Co. Isaac N EVILSIZOR, 82, who died at 7:45 p.m. Friday at his home, one mile west of Bowlusville after a long period of failing health, will be buried in Oakdale Cemetery in Urbana, following funeral services Monday to be held at 2 p.m. at the U B Church in Bowlusville. Mr Evilsizor was a life long resident of Champaign County, where he was born, and had always lived in the vicinity of Bowlusville. He was a member of Pythias Lodge in Tremont City. Surviving him are two sons, C I EVILSIZOR, of Urbana, a county commissioner of Champaign County and Herbert EVILSIZOR, of Springfield; and two daughters, Mrs Jacob Geron and Mrs Claude Brown, both of Urbana. Mr Evilsizor's wife died on September 24th.

Following injuries sustained Thursday night in an automobile accident at N Limestone st. and Harding rd, when an automobile in which he was riding with his parents, Mr and Mrs Sherman NANCE of 651 Scott st skidded into a telephone pole, William NANCE, aged six months, died at 10:25 pm Friday at the City Hospital of a fractured skull. The mother of the child sustained a lacerated knee and is also a patient at the hospital. The accident occurred when the automobile skidded and struck a telephone pole. Minor bruises were sustained by Mr NANCE.

Commissioner Dies at His Home near Urbana
Urbana, Jan 24- C I EVILSIZOR, 56, member of the Board of Commissioners Champaign County died at his home on the Middle Urbana Rd near here at 8 p.m. Friday, following a prolonged illness. He is survived by his widow, Rosa; two sons, Minard and Ivan, at home; two sisters, Mrs Jacob Geron of Urbana and Mrs Claude Brown of Westville and one brother, Herbert of Springfield. Mrs. Evilsizor's parents, Mr and Mrs Isaac EVILSIZOR, died on last September 24 and October 24 respectively. Mr Evilsizor's death lacked a few hours of occurring on the same day of the month. Mr Evilsizor had served on the board of commissioners for the past six years, although he had not been active recently due to illness. Funeral arrangements have not been made.

Jeremiah FROCK died at 6:40 p. m. Tuesday at his home in South Vienna. He was 93 years of age, and had resided in Clark County for about 87 years, having come to South Vienna when a child with his parents. He was born in Maryland. He was one of the oldest residents of Clark County and was a retired farmer. A veteran of the Civil War, he served the entire period of the war with Co. F. 43 Regiment, Ohio Volunteer Infantry. Surviving him are two sons, Charles W. FROCK of New Moorefield Township, and George E. FROCK, who had been living with his father for the past nine years: four grandchildren. Robert L. FROCK, Marshall FROCK, Marion FROCK and Christine FROCK; and a half brother, Samuel FROCK of Springfield. Funeral services will be held at the residence at 2 p. m. Thursday. Burial will be made in the South Vienna cemetery. Additional Information by submitter Lynn FROCK: Jeremiah was married to Sophia Frock who died in 1921. A son, Arry died in 1929. There was a fourth child (Effie Jane) who died young in the 1870s. Jeremiah's father was named Samuel. John G. DALIE, 84, a veteran of the Civil War and one of the city's highly respected citizens, died at midnight Friday at his home, 735 S. Fountain ave. He had been seriously ill since Sunday night. He was born in Sudberry England and had lived in America since he was seven years of age. He was a member of Clark Lodge Free and Accepted Masons and of Christ Episcopal Church. He leaves his widow Mrs. Jennie DALIE; two sons, Lamar J. DALIE and P.J. DALIE of New York City, one daughter Mrs. Leah WILSON of this city and two grandsons, John DALIE and John L. WILSON.

Main st., died Tuesday night at the St. Elizabeth Hospital in Dayton. She had many friends in Springfield who will learn of her death with much sorrow. She belonged to the St. Bernard Church, and also the Young Ladies Sodality of that church. Besides her sister, she leaves three brothers, Frederick, Joseph and Frank all of Springfield.

George F. Carpenter, 74, died at 6:15 p.m. Tuesday at the home of his son, Louis Carpenter, 531 Chestnut Av. He had lived in Springfield for the last 42 years. Mr. Carpenter has been in ill health for the last nine weeks. He leaves two daughters, Mrs. Eva Williams of Cleveland, O., and Mrs. Edith Stith of Columbus; tow sons, Louis, at whose home he died; and George Carpenter of Cleveland; and on grandson. Mr. Carpenter was member of the Trinity A.M.E. Church, and for 28 years held the position of janitor at The Buffalo-Springfield Roller Co. The body was removed to the Patterson funeral home.

Mrs Grace HANCE SNYDER, 51, died at 3:30 pm Monday at her home, 141 W Main St. The body was removed to the Jackson funeral home. Mrs Snyder leaves one sister, Mrs Nellie CORT of Walden, IN. She was born April 1, 1879 in Massillion, OH.

William H GIBSON, 28, died at 10:15 pm Monday at his home, 130 Selma Rd, after a long illness. Mr Gibson was born in Springfield, and had lived here his entire life. He was educated in St Raphael School, and was a member of St Raphael Church. Surviving him are four sisters, Mrs Martin O'TOOLE of St Petersburg, FL, Mrs William MURTY of Akron, OH, Miss Nora GIBSON and Miss Dorothy GIBSON of Springfield; one brother, Edward GIBSON of Mansfield; and an aunt, Miss Julia KELLY of Springfield.

Doris Mae MEYER, three year old daughter of Mr and Mrs Byford D MEYER, 2425 Beatrice St, died at 9 pm Monday at the home of her parents. The body was taken to the Jackson Funeral home where funeral services will be held at 1:30 pm Thursday. Burial will be held in Ferncliff Cemetery. Besides her parents, she leaves her grandparents, Mr and Mrs Edward MEYER and H.E. HARRIMAN.

Miss Boyd was born in Clark County, and had always lived here. She had been very active during her lifetime in the Covenant Presbyterian Church. Funeral Services will be conducted at 2 pm Wednesday at the Herr and Craver Funeral Home, with Dr Charles Ryan Adams, pastor of the Covanant Presbyterian Church in charge. Burial will be made in Ferncliff Cemetery.

Page 11. Mrs. Mary Catherine Baurer Sucumbs at Age 84. Mrs. Catherine Bauer, 84, widow of Nicholas Bauer, died at midnight Tuesday at her home, 222 N. Yellow Springs st. Her death was caused by pneumonia. Mrs. Bauer was born in Germany, and came to America when a young girl. She first lived in Columbus for several years, after which she came to Springfield and had lived here ever since. Surviving her are four daughters, Misses Minnie, Anna and Berta Bauer of this city, and Mrs. Walter Endter, also of Springfield; three grandchildren and one great-grandchild; and a sister, Mrs. Minnie Pausch of Santa Anna, Calif. Her husband preceded her in death in October, 1920.

HERSHISER, who preceded her in death six years ago, was pastor of the First Lutheran Church. He also held several other Ohio pastorates.
