Services will be held Tuesday at 10 am in the Ross B Northrop and son Funeral Home, 19091 Northmile Rd. at 7 mile, Northville, MI. J. Thomas WREN, 72, of Beavercreek, passed away Saturday after an extended illness. He was a graduate of Springfield Catholic Central High School and Miami University, where he was a member of Delta Sigma Pi honorary professions business fraternity. He was retired from D.E.S.C and was a former land developer in Beavercreek Township. He was also a founding member of Queen of Apostles parish. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Agnes M; two daughters and sons-in-law, Sally and Ray VEGSO, of Buffalo, N.Y. and Jenny and Fred BLOCHER, of New Albany, In; eight-grandchildren, Kara, Shari, Betsy and Joy VEGSO and Jeffrey, Amie, Julie and Emily BLOCHER; one sister Mary ENDEBROCK, of Columbus; one niece; and one nephew. A mass of Christian burial will be held at Queen of Apostles Chapel, Bergamo Center, Tuesday, at 11 am. The family will receive friends at the chapel from 10 to 11 am. Robert Leroy BANZHOF, 70, of 540 Eat 30th Street, Heath, Ohio (43055), died at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, December 19, 1984, in Licking Memorial Hospital, Newark, after a five month illness. The son of Clark and Ethel (BARRETT) BANZHOF, he was born January 24, 1914 in Toledo, and had lived in Springfield 50 years. He attended Springfield public schools and completed Evening management courses at Wittenberg University. He attended Grace United Methodist Church and was a member of the U.S. Navy Seabees Reserves. He worked for The Springfield Manufacturing Company before becoming a civilian employee at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base n 1940. He was transferred to the Health Missile Base in 1962 and was retired from there. Survivors include his wife, Blanche; three sons, Bruce A. of Springfield, Mark A. of Mililani, Hawaii and Jeffrey B. of Dayton; three grandchildren, Nathaniel and Jeremy BANZHOF of Springfield, and Rebecca BANZHOF of Mililani. He was preceded in death b his father on September 15, 1955 and his mother on May 13, 1981. There will be no services. The body was cremated.

He was born September 2, 1938, in Franklin Furnace, Ohio, the son of Burt and Essie Mae (CRUM) BLEVINS. He was retired Captain of the USAF and a veteran of the Vietnam War. He was a member of First Christian Church in Springfield, a jr. Vice Commander of George Rogers Clark VFW Post 8437, Enon, as associate member of the Enon JC's and a trustee of the Enon Peewee Football Organization. Survivors include his wife, Mary Jane, of 26 years; three daughters, Donita Kim THALER, Texas; Deborah Lynn BLEVINS, Dayton: Diane Machele, at home; one son, Millard Douglas BLEVINS, at home; two grandchildren, Jeffrey and Mark THALER; four sisters; six brothers. William W. RUTAN, 70, of 1300 Shrine Road, died Saturday, February 9, 1985, in Community hospital following several years of failing health. He was born in Mechanicsburg, Oho, on October 24, 1914, a son of Zelora E. and Alice (ROBINSON) RUTAN. He had been a Clark County resident for the past 42 years. Mr. RUTAN retired from international Harvester in 1972 following 23 years service. He was a member of the First Christian Church and the Red Star Lodge #205, Knights of Pythias. He is survived by three sons, Richard L., James W., and John (Mick) RUTAN, all of Springfield; on daughter, Connie SHEETS, of New Carlisle; one brother, Richard RUTAN, of Mechanicsburg; one sister, Mrs. Wilson "Bud" (Ruth) LEE, of Columbus; 11 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife Edith (DYER), on December 19, 1983; two infant sons, and two brothers, Robert and Charles.
