The court of Common Pleas holden at the court house in Springfield on the twenty sixth day of March 1820 before Joseph H. Crane? Geo B. Holt President and Daniel McKinnon?, Joseph Layton and Ira Paige his associate Judges of said court.

Be it remembered that heretofore to wit on the fourteenth day of October 1829 Jacob Alt administrator of the estate of Darwin E. Spencer deceased filed in the office of the clerk of our said court an account currant and _uch? is in support thereof? which account

And afterwards to wit at the October term of said court 1839 this settlement was continued by the order of the court And now here on this 26th day of March 1830 Jacob Alt administrator of Darwin E. Spencer deceased appears and indkes? settlement with the court and the court upon examination thereof do allow and pass the same and do allow the said administrator credit for the sum of $137.20 cts being the amount of the voucher aforesaid and also of the compansation allowed the said administrator by the court and the court find that the balance remaining in the hands of the said administrator for distribution is $69.92 ½ cents
